Veteran’s Day Spotlight:

Staff Sergeant Jazmin Perez, a proud native of Nacogdoches, Texas, enlisted in the United States Air Force as a Medical Laboratory Technician and served at Tyndall AFB in Panama City, Florida. She later cross-trained as a Mental Health Technician with the Air National Guard at Ellington Field in Houston, Texas. Jazmin now resides in Mont Belvieu, Texas, with her husband and three children. This Veteran’s Day, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Jazmin for her dedicated service to our country. May God bless America! 🫡 

Scoop on Barbers Hill Sports

FOOTBALL 🏈 The Barbers Hill Eagles took the field Friday night riding a two-game win streak, and they left with a third straight victory, scoring 31-17. They dominated the West Brook Bruins, including a standout play that covered 54 rushing yards. With their sixth straight home win of the season, the Eagles improved to 7-3. Next up, they’ll face Sterling in an away game on November 15, 2024.

VOLLEYBALL 🏐 After an impressive 19-game winning streak, the Barbers Hill girls volleyball team was defeated by the A&M Consolidated Tigers. The loss also snapped a remarkable 29-game home win streak that stretched back to last season, leaving the Eagles with a 35-14 record. It’s been an incredible run for the team—truly a testament to their hard work and success!
