The Scoop on Freezeology
At just 16 years old, a local entrepreneur decided freeze-dried candy 🍭 sounded amazing and unique. After endlessly scrolling through TikToks, purchasing a freeze dryer, and learning how to operate said freeze dryer, Freezology by Lexi was born. Almost immediately, her candy became a hit with friends and family. In April 2022, she started selling at the Mont Belvieu Market in the Park, which is held the first Saturday of each month. Her candy sold out multiple months in a row, and her friendly personality and great customer service turned casual visitors into lifelong fans.
Fast forward 2.5 years, and at the age of 19, Lexi has built a loyal following, becoming the go-to for freeze-dried candy in Mont Belvieu. Ask anyone where to find it, and she's sure to be recommended! Lexi has earned her reputation, and her delicious products speak for themselves. Her specialty this holiday season: freeze dried peanut brittle and Little Debbie Christmas Tree cakes! 😋 Find her at various local events, festivals, The Salty Seed, and as always, at Mont Belvieu Market in the Park!
